These terms govern your use of Todolu (“Todolu”, “we”, “us”), the calendar and tasks app at todolu.com. By using Todolu, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
The service
Todolu is a personal calendar and task-management app. It can optionally connect to your Google Calendar. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Accounts and access
Anyone can create an account, and email verification is required before you can access the app. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Please give accurate information and verify your email address. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
Use Todolu lawfully. Don’t attempt to break, overload or probe the security of the service, access other users’ data, or use Todolu to store or share unlawful content.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in Todolu. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Google services
If you connect Google Calendar, your use of Google’s services is also subject to Google’s own terms. Our handling of Google data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and warranty
Todolu is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Todolu and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. You can stop using Todolu and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use Todolu means you accept the updated terms.
